Our role consist of responding and managing the day to day planned and reactive maintenance of their special care units, sheltered and nursing homes. Our facility also includes the design and/or build service for full conversion & refurbishment packages of existing adaptation suites/reception areas/wet rooms/disability rooms and clinics.
We provide a full maintenance package on all externals which consist of render repairs/renewals, specialist corbelling works full painting schemes, repairs/renewals to roofs and all joinery items.
